1. General Information
Rond Point Gorilla Boutique and Apartments is located at Musanze and Kinigi. These Terms and Conditions apply to all guests staying at the property, whether for short-term or long-term stays.

2. Reservations
-Booking Method: Reservations can be made via our website, phone, or through approved third-party platforms.
-Confirmation: A reservation is considered confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from us.
-Guest Information: The primary guest must provide accurate personal information during the booking process. All communication and receipts will be directed to the primary guest.

3. Rates and Payments
-Room Rates: The rate for your stay is determined at the time of booking and may include taxes and fees unless otherwise specified.
-Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit cards, bank transfers, Mobile Money, etc. Full payment or a deposit is required upon check-in, unless otherwise agreed upon.
-Currency: Payments will be processed in Rwandan Francs (FRW) and US dollars.

4. Check-In and Check-Out
-Check-In Time: The standard check-in time is from 13:00 PM.
-Check-Out Time: The standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
-ID Verification: A valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license) is required upon check-in for identification purposes.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
-Cancellations and No-shows are flexible are free of charge.
-If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate changes.

6. Damage and Property Use
-Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. This includes damage to furniture, fixtures, and any other property belonging to the hotel.
-Property Use: Guests must treat the Rond Point Gorilla Boutique and Apartments property with respect. Any form of vandalism, theft, or misuse of hotel property will lead to additional charges and legal action if necessary.

7. Behavior and Conduct
-Respect for Other Guests: We ask that all guests behave in a courteous and respectful manner. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.
-Illegal Activities: Illegal activities, including drug use or any form of harassment or violence, are strictly prohibited. Any guest engaging in such behavior will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without refund.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
-Personal Information: We collect personal information only for the purpose of processing your reservation and ensuring your stay is comfortable. We respect your privacy and will not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary for legal or operational purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability
-Liability: While we make every effort to provide a comfortable stay, Rond Point Gorilla Boutique and Apartments will not be held liable for circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances.
-Force Majeure: Rond Point Gorilla Boutique and Apartments shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations if such failure is due to any event beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of God, labor strikes, or government regulations.
